Membership dues for the Paradise Community Wellness Connection are very inexpensive – only $20 per calendar year.

There are two Membership categories: 

• Professional: For Healthcare Professionals (proof of credentials required)
• Associate: For the general public and non-healthcare professionals

Membership dues will support your local community and others like yourself to create a culture of wellness on the Paradise Ridge and surrounding unincorporated areas of Butte County!  Your membership will help PCWC promote our mission statement and goals to:

• Provide resources to promote and sustain wellness through education and community service.
• Promote preventive and integrative medicine by uniting Conventional and  Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) professionals for educational purposes.
• Encourage an eco-conscious lifestyle.
• Create an educational resource guide of integrative medicine and sustainable living.
• Sponsor wellness events.
• Support a culture of wellness by encouraging the community to be active participants in their own healthcare and lifestyle decisions.

Some of the benefits of being a member include:

• A free copy of the Resource Guide for a Healthy Community, our bi-annual publication. (click here for more information.)

• Discount pricing on additional copies of the Resource Guide to distribute throughout the community – to your colleagues, customers, friends.

• Participation in quarterly Membership meetings – meet your colleagues and others in the community with the same goals and values.

• A subscription to our e-newsletters of upcoming events and related community news (for those who have an email address). 

• Free advertising in our e-newsletters  – As a member, any event that you are sponsoring or participating in that fits our organization’s mission will be eligible for inclusion in our e-newsletters at no extra cost!

• Participation in a PCWC-sponsored annual event (such as a health-related expo) with discounted booth space.
